Architectural Request Form

To submit a request for architectural changes to the exterior of your home or landscaping please click the link below to download and print the form. Please submit the completed form by:
- Emailing a scanned/digital copy to acc@adamsrun.org.
- Dropping off a completed form at the mailbox by the pool and notifying the committee at the email address above.
- Mailing a completed form to 3 Adams Lake Blvd Simpsonville SC 29681 and then notifying the committee by email.
- Handing a completed form to a member of the Architectural Control Committee.
Please allow at least a week from notification for a committee person to review your application and contact you. Please note some applications may require a visit to the property to review or additional communication prior to formal response.

Our mailboxes are one of the first impressions that visitors to our neighborhood see. Having consistent size, shape and color creates a standard that contributes to the aesthetics of our community and creates a harmonious appearance.
Our Covenants gave the ACC authority to oversee, establish and maintain the guidelines for the mail receptacles as outlined in Article III Section 8 “Delivery Receptacles and Property Markers”.
Acceptable examples are shown in the pictures below.
The mailbox system must meet the following requirements:
· The mailbox system consists of a post, mail box and newspaper holder
· The mailbox post including the top cap (part of the post) must be painted Sherwin Williams, SW3027, Driftwood Grey *
· Top cap maybe square or pyramid (see picture)
· Numbers may be black (preferred) or gold
· The mailbox must be black metal with a red flag
· The post dimensions must be 6x6
*The HOA has made the paint available for free. HOA@adamsrun.org
