WELCOME
TO THE ADAMS RUN COMMUNITY
|
Welcome to Adams Run, a small lakeside community located between Atlanta, GA and Charlotte, NC and nestled in the foothills of South Carolina, eighty miles south of Asheville, North Carolina, in the community of Greenville.
Adams Run is a community of 144 custom-built homes sited on close to half-acre lots. Homes are situated in a natural setting in open pastoral areas and lush forested areas. The centerpiece of the community is a five-acre spring-fed lake brimming with wildlife and water fowl that empties into a creek stretching down the middle of the community that joins up with Gilder Creek, a large watershed.
Adams Run has easy access to downtown Greenville, Greenville-Spartanburg Airport and is conveniently located near many shopping amenities and various eateries. The neighborhood sits next to a tennis club, a brand new daycare facility, a new medical center, and a new modern two-story exercise facility and spa. After work, you can head over to exercise, pick up your children, grab groceries and head home to an oasis of a quiet community nearby. Our neighborhood is family-oriented and has an active Board. Social events are scheduled for even the biggest kids! In the summer, the pool is the gathering place and everyone looks forward to ice cream socials and barbeques. No matter what time of year, you will always find homeowners out and about enjoying the wonderful weather, decorating their homes for the season, or catching up with each other over a cup of coffee. Home is here in Adams Run!
